Sportskytter
Fikk endelig svar se under, kan vist være opp til 4 måneders ventetid på behandlingen i Danmark Dear Customer Thank you for your mail. We understand that this kind of weapons can be possessed without any further license in your own country, but if you buy this in Lauritz.com Herlev - which is (of course) a company located in Denmark, we still have to obey danish legislation, and this requires that the danish police and - in some cases - the Weapon license Department of The Danish Ministry of Justice has to know of any export of weapons. What we need from you if you buy any weapons at our auction house, is a paper from your national police authority stating that it is legal for you to own this weapon and that you don't need any specific license for this! We know that this kind of documentation will take extra time to produce, but other foreign buyers have done it, so it is possible. No additional storage fees will be added to your bill and if they are added automatically by accident - we will of course remove theese manually. When we have received the required document from you, it will be send to the Danish Police and eventually afterwards the Danish Ministry of Justice for them to issue an export licence for the item. Together with the permission issued by the Norwegian police, we need a copy/scan of your passport, drivers licence or other picture id. The time to process the application for export at the Ministry of Justice may take some 1 - 4 months. We will inform you when the nescessary papers are in-house and your item is cleared to be collected. If you cannot collect the item yourself, then it must be collected either by carrier or another person holding a permition to collect issued by you and whom can produce picture id (e.g. passport or drivers licence). Of further importance is that both the buyer (you) and the collector (a carrier or any another person holding a permition to collect issued by you) must have a licence to own/transport weapons. The original export document issued either by the danish Police or Ministry of Justice has to follow the weapon when in Denmark, and must be stamped with the date when the weapon has left danish territory. The original stamped and signed document must then immediatly be returned by mail to us using the address: Lauritz.com Herlev Att: Jakob Persson Dynamovej 11 DK-2730 Herlev DENMARK

Stykkjunkeren
