I recently had to put down my retriever. I found a company that will load my dog's ashes in some shells that I can then fire off as a tribute to her at some of our favorite hunting spots. The problem is the cost. I have always wanted to get into reloading anyway, so I recently purchased a used MEC reloader.

Has anyone seen or know about recipes that utilize the cremation ashes?

Are these used as a filler?

Any comments would be greatly appreciated.

I've done this with my father’s ashes...he passed away Feb. of 2009...we went on our "last" skeet shoot. I was using a 28 ga. as that was his favorite gauge...fired through his Remington 3200. I just dropped a few "sprinkles" in the top of the shot before crimp, no problems what so ever.

Tror jeg må komme igang med testamentet mitt snart.
