BigBore
G.Larson
Slått sammen to like tråder. G.Larson HOW DO I SILENCE THE BEEPS?There are several situations, such as when using the camera while hunting, where it is helpful to have the camera's beeps silenced. On the ContourROAM, ContourROAM2, ContourGPS, Contour+, and the Contour+2 this can be done by changing a setting of the camera's configuration. Open Storyteller and connect your camera to the computer. Once Storyteller sees the camera choose Tools -> Configure camera. In the this tool you will find an option to turn the beeps on or off. Make your selection and click Done. Remove your camera and the change will take effect. It will stay in the silent mode until you change this setting back. On the ContourHD 1080p and 720p this is done on the camera itself. There is not an option for this in the Camera Configuration tool on these cameras. To enable "silent mode": With the camera off, slide the record switch to its forward ("record") position. Turn the camera on. Slide the record switch back to the "off" position. You are now in silent mode and can use the camera as you normally would (minus the beeps). To disable the silent mode: Turn the camera off. Make sure the record switch is pulled back to the “off” position. Turn the camera back on. You should now hear the beeps associated with different camera functions again.
