From: Safari Club International, Record Book Committee Special offer to Scandinavian SCI members Understanding there’s a 20 year old “situation” of measurers having used the “SCI Record Book system Entry Forms” to measure trophy animals and these not having been entered into the SCI Record Book system, SCI, in cooperation with the SCI Nordic Safari Club Chapter, ( SCI NSC ), has decided to offer the following opportunity to Scandinavian hunters to be able to enter their trophies into the SCI Record Book system: 1. All trophies measured utilizing a SCI Entry Form by a SCI Measurer, be it Official or Master, until December 31st., 2014 · These trophies can be entered into the SCI Record Book system at no cost (saving: 35 USD/entry). · The hunter entering the trophy must be a SCI member in good standing. · To become a member of SCI contact the SCI NSC: scinsk@nordisksafariklub.com or go to the SCI-website: www.scifirstforhunters.org · Trophies taken prior to becoming a SCI member can be entered into the SCI Record Book system. · To participate in this special offer all entries must have been received by SCI no later than February 28th., 2015 2. Trophies measured between January 1st., 2015 and April 30th., 2015 · Companies/groups interested in organizing mass measuring events (need to be approved first by SCI to do by applying with Norbert Ullmann), can organize these events and measure trophies utilizing the SCI Entry Forms. · All measured trophies during such “mass-measuring-events” can be entered into the SCI Record Book system at the cost of 10,00 USD/each (vs. 35 USD). · The hunter entering the trophy must be a SCI member in good standing. Page 2 of “Special Offer to Scandinavian SCI Members”, dd. 22.12.14 · To become a member of SCI contact the SCI NSC or go to the SCI-website, instructions see above. · Trophies taken prior to becoming a SCI member can be entered w/o problems into the SCI Record Book system. · To participate in this special offer all entries must have been received by SCI no later than May 31st., 2015 3. Trophies measured and entered from May 1st., 2015 onwards · These trophies can be entered into the SCI Record Book system at the, regular, cost of 35 USD’s/each.
