  1. yes, finn.no is a good source for old (hunting) Norrøna garments, i already know it and keep whatching it since a couple of weeks already , but thanks for the hint! the pictures are from a polish vendue platform similar to ebay.the seller says it is polycotton, if its true, i actually don't know. Does this outlet at Haukeli have a homepage, i am not in Norway.. ..yep, what a pitty that those garments vanished..instead they have only polyester trousers (execpt arktis) now,a lot of them in ugly coulors.. the direction Norrøna heading since a couple of years now is definitly not comparable to the reputation and qualitiy they had some time ago ..but thats another story.. At least, there must have been a couple of different models in those colours..ironically Poland seems to have a huge stock of old Norrøna garments what i saw from pictures of past auctions on that platform..also a lot of 3/4 length trousers in those green colours..it didnt even now Norrøna ever had such 3/4 lenght pants..and in hunting green..
  2. hi there, it seems that it must have been ages ago , but there was a time, when Norrøna did a great job with garments made of 65% polyester35% cotton fabric.. unfortunatly i dont know when those garments vanished, what they looked exactly like, but i found pictures on the web of an old jacket made of polycotton in great colours: i know, that there also had been trousers like that.. so, anybody maybe has/had some of that trousers? And more important:anyone maybe would sell them to me? i would pay a good price ..nevermind how old they are, just in those colours and size 56/XL at least. bigger in size would be no problem.. Any comments on that issue are very welcome!! thanks so far,
  3. thanks a lot Trond99!! I'll send you PM.
  4. Anybody here, who has the finnskogen hybrid pants in use? following questions: 1) could maybe someone please post some pictures of those pants from different views, so that i can figure out the true colour and the different specifics. unfortunatly there is no store in my home country which has those pants in stock, and the one and only picture on the web as also used on the norrona homepage is pointless. 2) Sizing: im about 189cm tall, ususally wear 54 ( f. ex. fjall raven trousers)..which size would you recommend? . and what is the cut of those pants like? tight or baggy? i'd prefer a wide and long (leg) cut, in case i wear a belt. thing is, unlike other manufacturers as haglofs, lundhags,... norrona has no long leg version of its pants, so i am a bit concerned. I am thinking at least about 56 in size.. 3) those pants are specified as "waterproof and breathable". i think that applies to the reenforced knees and backside, not to the whole pants. am i right? main usage would be for summer/autumn (trekking/hiking) in fjell areas and other northern territiories and some hikking in the Alps. would finnskogen fit those demands or should i go for its bigger and more durable brother dovre hybird pants? ironically both pants are equally high priced or haglofs rugged mountain which is on the same level as dovre, but at less costs? thanks so far ..
