Hi! Sorry for the confusion, I'm from New Zealand. Thermal scopes are not regulated here, but they're really expensive. I was thinking of getting one when I'm traveling in Norway if it's not regulated and cheaper than the ones I can find back in Auckland. Thanks once again!

Hi everyone, Thanks for your responses last time regarding the suppressors. I have contacted some stores in Norway and they've given me some advices as well. On that note, does any of you know the regulation of thermal rifle scope in Norway and to bring it outside of Norway? I'm interested in getting one if it's not a restricted item. Hi everyone! I don't speak much Norwegian myself, so I have to stick with English. I've heard a lot of good things regarding Norwegian suppressors/silencers both in terms of quality and availability. I was told that like New Zealand, anyone (including foreigners) in Norway can basically buy suppressors without needing any permit and bring them back to their home country. Can you please advise me if this is true? Most posts are written on 2013/2014 and can't find any recent ones. I'll be in Norway this summer and I'm interested in buying some suppressors if it's possible. Thanks and have a great day!
